Supervision and/or Consultation

Earley helps supervisees discover their theoretical orientation, nurture their own strengths, learn about interventions, acquire knowledge to handle ethical dilemmas, support professional growth, identify and manage countertransference, burnout, and empathy (aka compassion) fatigue. Earley utilizes a relational, trauma-informed, strengths based, person centered, and integrated development model of supervision. She often uses experiential activities, process recordings, observation of videotaped sessions, mindfulness, role plays, creative arts, visualizations, and sandtray therapy to nurture your professional growth. She is happy to meet with you for a 30 minute free consultation to decide if you are a good fit for each other.
