Sound Healing

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It involves listening to specific tones, frequencies, or musical instruments to create a state of relaxation and balance. Instruments like Tibetan or crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and even guided vocal toning or music therapy are often used to harmonize the body and mind.

Sound healing works by influencing the body’s vibrational frequencies, which can help to release tension, restore equilibrium, and support the nervous system in achieving a state of calm.
