Individual counseling
Individual counseling can be helpful for a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties. Stressful events, traumatic experiences, loss & grief, life transitions, mental health diagnosis, and many other challenges that we face in our lives can lead us to need additional support from a therapist to explore, process, grow, and learn new ways of coping. Our staff offers a variety of types of therapy such as EMDR, play therapy, DBT, that can be found on the therapy models page.
