"Life is amazing. And then it's awful. And then it's amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful it's ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That's just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it's breathtakingly beautiful." L.R. Knost

Our Story
Earley named her business Hopeful Waters Wellness, PLLC because both hope and water hold deep significance for her. She selected "hopeful" as she believes that hope can carry us through tough times, inspire us to turn dreams into reality, and drive positive change for ourselves, our families, and society. There were moments in her life when she felt utterly hopeless and unable to envision anything positive, yet she found solace in the hope borrowed from others until she regained her own strength and confidence. Together with her team, she remains hopeful and is eager to share that hope with others who are struggling. Additionally, Earley chose "waters" because of her love for being in lakes, oceans, creeks, waterfalls, and pools. Water is vital for life, and rainstorms rejuvenate the earth. Her favorite animal, the dolphin, embodies playfulness and offers support to both fellow creatures and humans in need. For her, rainbows symbolize the promise that storms will soon pass.

I have over 15 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide social work clinical, play and EMDR supervision and/or consultation.
I have been married to my wife for over 28 years, have 2 adopted daughters and two dogs (Winston and Theo).
As a holistic therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting my clients' overall mental wellness by integrating approaches tailored to their unique needs. My practice is grounded in the belief that true healing encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Healing takes place in the context of relationships, so I hope to build a safe, trusting relationship with you and/or your family. I have tremendous compassion and empathy for others because I believe people are doing the best they can with the life circumstances and coping skills they have.
I am not your ordinary therapist. I will invite you to challenge your growing edges and try things that might be outside of the box. I try to help others befriend their nervous system and parts of themselves that they may not understand or even like.
I believe that talk therapy can be powerful for a number of people and am happy to do just talk therapy. At the same time I find that incorporating holistic, creative, playful, sensory activities such as movement, sound, 5 needle ear acupuncture protocol, breathworks, art, sandtray, play, etc. can help us heal our whole selves.
In trauma work, "the body keeps the score" as Bessel van der Kolk says, so it is essential to use a bottom up approach which means that therapy needs to start with interventions to heal the lower parts of the brain first in order to heal and be able to access the upper, more cognitive brain.
Taking the step to seek therapy is an act of courage and self-compassion. I understand that life can be overwhelming, and reaching out for support can be daunting. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, behavior or other things, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and growth.
Hello, hola! My name is Yesenia, but I go by Yesi. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, first-generation, Latinx from South Texas, the Rio Grande Valley. I have been in the Austin and surrounding areas for 10 years now. Some things I absolutely love are: my husband, my dogs (Bonita & Koda), nature, crystals, and the color lilac.
I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2017 and my Master’s in Social Work in 2018 at Texas State University-San Marcos. Since graduating, I have worked with families of all cultural backgrounds, at-risk youth, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, parents, adults, children, and teens. My experience has shown me the importance of positive relationships and acceptance in child development. Relationships build trust and confidence in children to meet their goals. Humans thrive on connection, since before we are even born, and I pride myself on my ability to create trusting, working relationships not only with my clients, but their families as well. I work with children and adolescents using Prescriptive Play Therapy, EMDR, and Client Centered approaches to address behavioral and emotional issues.
